However, the implementation of media transfer at Puslatbang PKASN LAN still faces various obstacles at several stages. This research aims to analyze and explain each stage of media transfer of goods and services procurement records in order to maintain the value of records evidence. The approach used is Wang and Chen's media transfer theory, which includes: 1) preliminary procedure, 2) digital file establishment, 3) quality inspection, and 4) post-processing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through direct observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results show that the preliminary procedure stage has included the preparation of an archive list and preparation of tools, but its implementation still depends on the completion of the procurement process. At the digital file establishment stage, scanning using the ALDO AS 2000 Portable Scanner is inconsistent in resolution, which has an impact on the quality of the resulting digital records. The quality inspection stage has been carried out through checking the quality and quantity of the records, this aims to keep the archive information intact in evidence preservation activities. In the post-processing stage, authentication, minutes, and record storage are carried out, but the authentication of records resulting from media transfer has not been optimized due to limited human resources. This affects the legality of digital records when used. The findings show that although media transfer has been implemented, there are still technical and administrative obstacles that can affect the archive's evidence value. The implications of this research emphasize the need to improve technical standards and policies related to the authentication of digital records to ensure the validity and legality of the records resulting from media transfer in the long term.
Muhammad Aldodo Zakaria Novie Indrawati Sagita Febriadi Ismail Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Aldodo Zakaria, Novie Indrawati Sagita, Febriadi Ismail https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-05-10 2025-05-10 6 2 894 913 10.63447/jimik.v6i2.1316 Pengaruh Konten Akun Instagram @Urbansneakersociety Terhadap Minat Beli Sepatu pada Mahasiswa FKI UMS http://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jimik/article/view/1369
This study aims to analyze the effect of @Urbansneakersociety Instagram Account Content on interest in buying shoes for Fki Ums students. Often, automated systems face difficulties in interpreting these highly variable gestures, which in turn results in decreased recognition accuracy and efficiency. To improve the performance of sign language recognition in this study, the SP-Tree method is proposed, which utilizes a spatial tree structure to group hand gesture data based on spatial and temporal features. This allows for a faster and more accurate sign language recognition process. It is expected that this technique can accelerate sign language recognition with a high level of accuracy and real-time response, which is very important for everyday applications. We used a public dataset covering various hand gestures in Indonesian sign language to test this technique. The results showed that the SP-Tree method had an accuracy of 92 percent, an F1 score of 0.90, and a feature loss of 0.08. Compared with existing conventional sign language recognition techniques, these figures show significant improvements. The results indicate that the SP-Tree method is an effective way to identify Indonesian signs in real-time. This method has the advantage of being able to interpret and group hand gestures more precisely and efficiently, improving the interaction between the user and the system. We hope that this research will help develop assistive technology for people with hearing disabilities. In the future, it will also provide opportunities to use this technique in other sign languages.
Arief Sofyan Hilmi Alwanto Sulthan Cendikia Arif Copyright (c) 2025 Hilmi Alwanto, Sulthan Cendikia Arif https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-05-10 2025-05-10 6 2 1007 1014 10.63447/jimik.v6i2.1371 Strategi dan Optimalisasi Instagram sebagai Media Layanan Informasi Publik oleh PPID Kota Semarang http://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jimik/article/view/1368
This study aims to analyze the optimization of the use of Instagram social media by PPID Semarang City in providing public information services. Instagram, as a popular social media platform, has great potential to increase access and transparency of information to the public. The method used in this study is content analysis of Instagram posts by PPID Semarang City in a certain period. The main focus of the analysis is the type of content shared, the frequency of posting, and the level of interaction with the public, including likes, comments, and shares. The results of the study show that although Instagram is used effectively to disseminate information about government policies, programs, and public services, public interaction is still relatively low. This shows that although the information presented is quite informative, it is less able to attract attention and encourage public participation. This study concludes that in order to increase the effectiveness of Instagram as a means of public information services, there needs to be an improvement in terms of content strategies that are more interesting, interactive, and encourage active community involvement. Thus, Instagram can be more optimal in increasing transparency and communication between the government and the public.
Alvais Ardiansyah Diasicha Nurul Khotimah Copyright (c) 2025 Alvais Ardiansyah Diasicha, Nurul Khotimah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-05-10 2025-05-10 6 2 1015 1024 10.63447/jimik.v6i2.1368 Pengembangan Sistem Deteksi Kualitas Udara Berbasis Sensor IoT Menggunakan Fitur Notifikasi Telegram di Terminal Tingkir, Salatiga http://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jimik/article/view/1384
Climate change and air pollution are two of the world’s most pressing issues that have a major impact on ecosystems and human health. However, this development raises regulatory challenges, particularly regarding privacy protection, algorithm transparency, and AI usage ethics. Indonesia, with a high level of technology adoption but without a specific legal framework, faces the risk of misuse of this technology. This study uses a literature review and a comparative policy analysis approach to examine AI regulations in the European Union, the United States, and Singapore. The results of the analysis show that the European Union emphasizes data protection and strict supervision, the United States promotes flexibility for innovation, while Singapore offers a balance between social responsibility and technological progress. Based on these findings, this article recommends developing an AI regulatory framework in Indonesia by combining the principles of a risk-based approach, transparency, and algorithmic auditing, as well as the establishment of an independent AI regulatory agency. This regulation is expected to encourage innovation that is safe, ethical, and adaptive to technological dynamics.
Prabu Revolusi Radians Krisna Febriandy Copyright (c) 2025 Prabu Revolusi, Radians Krisna Febriandy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-05-10 2025-05-10 6 2 1035 1049 10.63447/jimik.v6i2.1380 Kepuasan Followers Akun X @KDRAMA_MENFESS terhadap Film "My Annoying Brother" Versi Korea Selatan dan Indonesia http://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jimik/article/view/1390
Indonesian people's high interest in South Korea Selatann films and dramas has encouraged local production houses to remake South Korea Selatann box office films, one of which is My Annoying Brother. This study aims to analyze and compare the level of audience satisfaction with the South Korea Selatann version and the Indonesian version based on the Uses and Gratifications theory. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey of 385 respondents who are followers of the @kdrama_menfess account, which was selected using a purposive sampling technique based on the Lemeshow formula (with a margin of error of 5% and a confidence level of 95%). Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results showed that the majority of respondents (83.9%) were more satisfied with the South Korea Selatann version, especially on the emotional aspect, with the highest score on the affective indicator (GO = 13.48). This finding was supported by the significant difference (Z = -14.984; p < 0.001) between the two versions. Comparative analysis also revealed that 21-25 year olds respondents showed a stronger preference for the Korea Selatann version than other groups. The Indonesian version was appreciated for its local cultural adaptation efforts, but lacked in presenting deep emotional intensity, especially in the key scene of the brother-sister relationship. This study suggests more contextualized cultural adaptation strategies, such as the selection of actors who fit the emotional character and the reinforcement of local narratives. The implication is that production houses can consider affective factors and character identification when adapting foreign films to meet the emotional expectations of local audiences.
Aminatuzzuhria Karisga Sri Mustika Tellys Corliana Copyright (c) 2025 Aminatuzzuhria Karisga, Sri Mustika, Tellys Corliana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-05-10 2025-05-10 6 2 1050 1060 10.63447/jimik.v6i2.1390 Pemikiran Komunikasi Dakwah Syekh Nawawi Albantani http://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jimik/article/view/1388
This study examines the communication thinking of Sheikh Nawawi Albantani's da'wah through a qualitative literature research approach through quotations contained in several of his books which are full of da'wah scientific treasures. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of continued cross-level communication and periodic evaluation. Although this program was successful in Wonogiri, its implementation in other areas needs to be adjusted to local demographic and socio-cultural conditions, so further research is needed that covers a wider area for comparative evaluation and formulation of more adaptive health communication strategies.
Zabrina Damayanti Wihastiningrum Arif Surya Kusuma Copyright (c) 2025 Zabrina Damayanti Wihastiningrum, Arif Surya Kusuma https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-05-10 2025-05-10 6 2 1096 1114 10.63447/jimik.v6i2.1395
