Pendampingan UMKM Berbasis Modul ILO Score di Salon Casey Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat

Salon Casey adalah salah satu UMKM yang ada di Bengkayang. Casey salon berdiri pada tahun 2011 nama casey salon dilatar belakangi dari nama anak pertama pemilik salon yang bernama casey stoner. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada di UMKM Salon Casey diantaranya tata letak barang kurang rapi tidak sesuai dengan posisinya, kebersihan lantai dan barang-barang masih ada debu yang menempel, Tempat cuci tangan yang belum tersedia. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan dalam melakukan pengelolaan UMKM. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pendampingan guna untuk meningkatkan perkembangan serta kesejahteraan UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkayang berdasarkan Modul ILO SCORE. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini, adalah; 1) Memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada pemilik Salon Casey terkait manajemen Berbasis Modul ILO Score, 2) Memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan terhadap modul 3K, dan 3) Memberikan pengetahuan untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi kegiatan usaha. Adapun metode yang digunakan dari modul ILO SCORE yaitu 5S dan K3. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terciptanya kerjasama dan keberhasilan usaha Salon Casey, adanya peningkatan mutu dalam mengelola usaha, terciptanya budaya bersih, pengelolaan strategi dan sumber daya manusia, dan mengurangi risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan di tempat kerja yang hal ini merupakan pencapaian keberhasilan kegiatan berbasis ILO SCORE yaitu 5S dan K3.
