This study aimed to evaluate the impact of PSLW on safety culture, the relationship between safety culture and safety-related incident reporting, and the effect of PSLW on safety-related incident reporting. A retrospective longitudinal survey was conducted to measure safety culture at Siloam Hospital Bangka in 2022 and 2024. Data were analyzed quantitatively using the Wilcoxon Rank-Sum test. Incident reports from the same years were compared using the Chi-Square test and correlated with safety culture through descriptive analysis. Safety culture survey scores increased from a composite average of 52% in 2022 to 63% in 2024. The Wilcoxon Rank-Sum test showed significant results for 16 of 34 questions (p<0.05). An increase in incident reporting occurred alongside improvements in safety culture. The number of incident reports rose from 317 in 2022 to 1,623 in 2024. The Chi-Square test demonstrated significant results. PSLW implementation enhanced both safety culture and safety-related incident reporting. Improvements in safety culture coincided with increased incident reporting numbers.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Eusebiusyuvens Chandra Waruwu, Arlette Suzy Puspa Pertiwi, R. The main problem is the low level of student understanding regarding the forms and impacts of bullying, which are often considered normal. The program was carried out by seven students through three meetings on September 20, October 4, and October 19, 2025, using a participatory literacy approach involving discussions, video analysis, mini-dramas, and reflections. Evaluation results showed a 91% increase in student understanding based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test results. The activity concluded with the distribution of snacks and an educational trip to the lake behind the school as a means of applying the values of empathy and togetherness. Teachers responded positively as the activity helped students understand the dangers of bullying and fostered an attitude of mutual respect. The initiative aims to identify factors hindering PBB receivable collection effectiveness, analyze critical points of prevailing issues, and formulate applicable strategies to enhance collection performance. Methods employed include field observations, technical staff mentoring, and arrears data analysis using Excel software. Findings indicate that collection process barriers are influenced by two primary factors: internal and external. Internal factors include limited human resources, lack of integrated database systems, and inadequate information technology infrastructure. External factors encompass community socio-economic conditions, geographical constraints, and low taxpayer legal awareness. Based on these findings, several strategic measures are recommended: strengthening information systems and databases, enhancing personnel capacity, implementing public education programs, and optimizing inter-agency coordination. Implementation of these strategies is expected to reduce PBB receivables and improve regional financial management accountability.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bonifasius H. The community service program aimed to enhance elementary school students' comprehension of diseases that readily compromise children's immune systems. Teaching methods employed included classroom material delivery using visual media, handwashing simulations, and educational games. The activity was conducted at SDN Balet Baru 02, Sukowono Sub-district, northern Jember Regency, which borders Bondowoso Regency, involving 24 sixth-grade students as the primary target group. The selection of sixth-graders was based on the consideration that such age represents an optimal period for character formation and cognitive development in children. Program evaluation demonstrated a substantial increase in student knowledge, evidenced by the comparison between pre-test results showing 40% achievement and post-test results reaching 80%. The interactive approach proved effective in conveying health materials to elementary school-aged children. The community service program contributed to the advancement of child-centered health education methods that are more interactive and easily comprehensible, with the expectation that SDN Balet Baru 02 students would be able to implement the acquired knowledge to become future generations more attentive to personal hygiene and health.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Adjie Bangun Linuweh, Agustianingsih Agustianingsih, Ekta Zalfa Zahirah, Gabriel Fabiano Lumbantobing, Rofiyatul Hasanah, Salwa Raihani Nadine Syahdani, Siti Ayu Puspitasari, Oria Alit Farisi, Muhammad Ghufron Rosyady, Agung Nugroho Puspitohttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1624Program Stunting: Pembentukan KWT (Kelompok Wanita Tani) dan Penanaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) pada Desa Klampitan, Kecamatan Purwoasri, Kabupaten Kediri2026-02-21T06:39:18+00:00Ahmada Rana Rafidhahahmadaranarafidhah@gmail.comAhmad Khusaini Khoirudinahmadkhusainikhoirudin@gmail.comTina Oktaviatinaoktavia@gmail.comFaiz Nurfadzillafaiznurfadzillah@gmail.comVicky Ilman Navivickyilmannavi@gmail.com
Stunting remains a serious challenge in public health development, particularly in rural areas with limited access to nutrition and healthcare. Klampitan Village, Purwoasri Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, is an agricultural area that still faces cases of children at risk of stunting, with a prevalence of 5.8% in February 2025 (Klampitan Village Posyandu Data, 2025). To address this issue, a community service program was implemented through the establishment of a Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) and the cultivation of Family Medicinal Plants (Tanaman Obat Keluarga/TOGA) as a strategy to empower rural women in supporting stunting prevention. The program was carried out over five months using a participatory approach based on Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) through the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. A total of 20 housewives participated as KWT members, focusing on managing a vacant village hall land of approximately 40 m² as well as their respective home gardens. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with average pre-test scores rising from 56.3% to 85.7% in the post-test (an increase of 29.4 percentage points). Quantitatively, 56 herbal and vegetable plants were successfully cultivated, including ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, aloe vera, chili, eggplant, and tomato. The KWT served as an effective platform for its members to enhance their skills in managing home gardens into productive farms. TOGA utilization was not only for traditional family medicine but also began to be used as an additional raw material in the village's Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) as an anti-stunting initiative. Furthermore, the program created opportunities for economic development through plans to diversify TOGA products into processed herbal commodities. The program demonstrates that women's empowerment through KWT can play a significant role in household food security and sustainable stunting prevention.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Ahmada Rana Rafidhah, Ahmad Khusaini Khoirudin, Tina Oktavia, Faiz Nurfadzilla, Vicky Ilman Navihttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1781Edukasi Potensi Bahaya dan Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja pada UMKM Produksi Kain Kasa Mentah di Pekajangan, Kedungwuni, Pekalongan2026-02-20T21:51:18+00:00Adib Maulana Pratamaadibmaulanapratama@gmail.comSlamet Mahmudinslametmahmudin651@gmail.comHabib Maulanahabibmaulana@gmail.comReyhan Anwarreyhananwar@gmail.comZahran Nafazazahrannafaza@gmail.comDandi Bagus Dermawandandibagusdermawan@gmail.comJaya Maulana jayamaulana76@gmail.com
UMKM penghasil kain kasa mentah di Desa Pekajangan, Kedungwuni, Kabupaten Pekalongan, terpapar berbagai potensi bahaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), meliputi paparan debu kapas, kebisingan mesin tinggi, postur kerja tidak ergonomis, risiko terjepit peralatan, serta ancaman kebakaran. Healthy habits instilled from an early age play a vital role in supporting children's physical and mental development while preventing various health problems later in life. However, many elementary school children remain unaware of the importance of consuming nutritious food and maintaining personal hygiene, putting them at risk of health and nutritional problems. Therefore, effective and sustainable health education efforts are needed to increase students' knowledge and awareness. The program was designed to enhance understanding and attitudes toward clean and healthy living among elementary school students through engaging, enjoyable, and age-appropriate learning methods. The approach included outreach and counseling using various educational media, such as slide presentations, educational videos, and interactive games that encouraged active student participation. Evaluations were conducted before and after the activities to measure changes in students' knowledge and behavior. The program was implemented at Trebungan Elementary School, Bondowoso Regency, in three sessions involving 20 second-grade students. One of the main issues in this area is the large number of mangrove propagules that fall to the ground or die during the nursery stage, resulting in underutilized materials that accumulate as waste and interfere with the environment and the natural regeneration process of mangroves. On the other hand, coastal communities need environmentally friendly alternative energy sources. This community service activity aims to transfer knowledge and technology on the utilization of mangrove propagule waste as raw material for producing environmentally friendly biofuel briquettes. The methods employed include socialization, education on the potential use of propagules, the development of instruments such as a charcoal kiln, grinding tools, and briquette molding equipment, as well as training and mentoring. The results indicate an increase in knowledge and skills in managing propagule waste into charcoal briquettes. The production process involves collection, cleaning, sun drying, carbonization using a charcoal furnace, grinding the charcoal, mixing with a binder, molding, and drying for 2–3 days. The resulting briquettes have a dense texture, ignite easily, and produce stable heat. The efficiency of converting propagules into briquettes reaches 30–35%, and 5 kg of dried propagules yields approximately 4.8 kg of briquettes. The evaluation results indicated an increase in participants' understanding by 16.2%, rising from 78.7% in the pre-test to 94.9% in the post-test. Beyond cognitive improvement, the satisfaction survey results showed that most participants rated the program very positively, with average scores exceeding 4.5 on a 5-point Likert scale for material relevance, clarity of delivery, and overall program benefits. Participants were also able to produce tangible outputs in the form of AI-assisted promotional visuals, including product photographs, poster designs, and digital promotional content. These findings indicate that the application of AI technology in promotional visual training for MSMEs is effective in building business actors' capacities while achieving a high level of participant satisfaction
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Mohammad Bayu Anggara, Wini Fetia Wardhani, Inka Aqila Nurfalqihttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1837Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Google Play Store sebagai Media Promosi dan Pemasaran Produk UMKM di Desa Singajaya Kabupaten Indramayu2026-05-09T16:48:26+00:00Agus Yudiantoagus.yudianto@unwir.ac.idTaufansyah Firdaustaufansyah.firdaus@unwir.ac.idNana Supriatna Sonjayananasupriatna@unwir.ac.idMeddy Nurpratamameddy.urpratama@unwir.ac.id
This community service program aimed to improve the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in using digital technology as a medium for product promotion and marketing through the Google Play Store platform. The program was conducted in Singajaya Village, Indramayu Regency, employing a participatory approach that covered preparation, training, evaluation, and follow-up mentoring stages. A total of 25 MSME practitioners from various business sectors, including processed food and handicrafts, took part in the program. The results indicated an improvement in participants' understanding of digital marketing, reflected by a 35% increase in the average post-test score compared to the pre-test. Furthermore, 22 participants (88%) successfully created digital promotional accounts and uploaded product information through Android-based applications connected to the Google Play Store. The use of this digital platform proved effective in expanding market reach and increasing the visibility of MSME products, although the effect on sales growth had not yet been observed evenly, as the program remained in its early stage of execution. Key success factors included strong participant enthusiasm and support from the village government, while the primary challenges were limited digital literacy and unstable internet access. Based on these findings, continued assistance programs are strongly recommended, including advanced digital marketing training, periodic monitoring of application usage, and strengthened collaboration with the village government and MSME communities to sustain digital technology adoption and achieve greater economic outcomes.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Agus Yudianto, Taufansyah Firdaus, Nana Supriatna Sonjaya, Meddy Nurpratamahttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1817Pelatihan Penggunaan Wordwall Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dalam Menumbuhkan Literasi Digital di Era Pendidikan Berbasis Teknologi2026-05-09T16:49:05+00:00Titin Kempatitinkempa438@gmail.comJems Sopacuasopacuajems24@gmail.comRenny Souhokarennysouhokaa87@gmail.com
Education in the digital era requires elementary schools to develop learning processes that not only focus on cognitive achievement, but also strengthen students' digital literacy from an early age. However, the implementation of technology-based learning in island and remote areas remains limited, particularly in terms of digital media use and students' active participation. This community service program aimed to build elementary school students' digital literacy by applying interactive, game-based learning media through the Wordwall platform at SD Kristen Patti, Maluku Barat Daya Regency. The program employed a participatory and educational approach, involving 17 elementary school students as the primary participants. Activities were conducted through three stages—preparation, implementation, and evaluation—and carried out across three classroom learning sessions. Wordwall served as the primary learning medium, with educational game activities aligned to Indonesian Language, Mathematics, and Natural Science subject matter. The results indicated increased student engagement, learning enthusiasm, and ability to follow digital instructions throughout the learning process. Observational data showed that most students actively participated in learning activities, responded positively to the digital media, and demonstrated greater confidence in classroom interaction. These findings suggest that simple, context-specific digital learning media can be applied effectively even in schools with limited technological resources. The use of Wordwall provided meaningful digital learning experiences and supported the gradual development of students' digital literacy. This program underscores the importance of participatory and sustainable digital learning practices as a strategy to bridge digital literacy gaps in elementary schools located in island and remote areas.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Titin Kempa, Jems Sopacua, Renny Souhokahttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1740Sustainable Economic Empowerment through Serbuk Sawo Drajat as a Natural Sugar Substitute: A Participatory Action Research Approach in Lamongan, Indonesia2026-05-09T16:49:09+00:00Siti Shoimahsitishoimah@unisda.ac.idNawari Nawarinawari@unisda.ac.idMahfud Sudarsonomahfudsudarsono@unisda.ac.idMuhammad Tegar Bayu Pamuktimuhammadtegarbayupamukti@unisda.ac.idMuhammad Hanafi Fahmimuhammadhanafifahmi@unisda.ac.id
Desa Drajat in Lamongan Regency is a major producer of Sapodilla (Manilkara zapota), locally known as Sawo. Its high perishability, however, consistently results in 20–30% post-harvest losses, posing substantial economic challenges for farmers and local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to empower the community through the KKN Tematik program by Universitas Islam Darul 'Ulum (UNISDA) Lamongan, employing a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The program centers on converting fresh Sapodilla into Serbuk Sawo Drajat, a natural powdered sweetener derived from local fruit that aligns with Green Economy and Circular Entrepreneurship principles. The methodology covered four stages: planning, action (training on processing and packaging), observation, and reflection. Findings indicate a marked increase in partner capacity: zero-waste understanding rose by 85%, processing proficiency by 90%, and digital marketing awareness by 80%. This product successfully extends the shelf life of Sawo to 12 months and raises its economic value, thereby strengthening community-based sustainable economic resilience.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Shoimah, Nawari Nawari, Mahfud Sudarsono, Muhammad Tegar Bayu Pamukti, Muhammad Hanafi Fahmihttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1674Pendidikan Karakter di Era Globalisasi SDN Grujukan 12026-05-09T16:49:20+00:00Candra Iliyas Ramadanicandrailiyasr@gmail.comMoch. The government has implemented a 12-year compulsory education policy covering education from elementary school (SD) to senior high school (SMA). Elementary school serves as the foundation for early learning for students. Academic education alone is not sufficient to develop a high-quality generation; character education also plays a role in shaping individual attitudes. This social project aims to examine the influence of globalization on the character of children at the elementary school level, as well as to identify character and ethical values associated with the development of globalization. This research was conducted on 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students at SDN Grujukan 1, using practical methods and an ice-breaking approach. This condition requires thorough management, one aspect of which is long-term medication adherence. A primary factor that frequently triggers non-adherence is patients' limited understanding of antidiabetic drug side effects. This community service activity aimed to improve long-term medication adherence by strengthening patients' knowledge and understanding of antidiabetic drug side effects through education and direct consultation. The activity was carried out on March 6, 2026, in West Jakarta, using interactive counseling sessions and individual consultations. A total of 30 T2DM patients participated. Evaluation was performed through random blood glucose (RBG) measurement, pre-test and post-test assessments of knowledge on medication side effects consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions, and participatory observation. The results showed a statistically significant increase in the mean knowledge score from 62.3 to 84.7 (p<0.001). RBG testing revealed that 60% of participants had normal levels (<200 mg/dL), while the remaining 40% still exhibited hyperglycemia. During consultation sessions, chronic pain complaints were identified in several participants, potentially prompting unsupervised use of additional medications. The activity proceeded in an orderly manner with active participation from all attendees. The conclusion of this activity is that education and consultation proved effective in raising patient knowledge significantly as an initial step toward improving medication adherence; however, follow-up interventions addressing non-pharmacological management and pain management remain necessary.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Meiyanti Meiyanti, Yohana Yohana, Eveline Margo, Sisca Siscahttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1860Tradisi Pembacaan Majmu' Syarif sebagai Media Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Spiritual di Madrasah Jam'iyyah Mahmudiyyah2026-05-09T16:48:22+00:00Sri Agustinasriagustina2407@gmail.comAura Amelia Kanayaauraameliakanaya@icloud.comZaifatur RidhaZaifaturRidha@staijm.ac.id
Religious traditions in Islamic educational institutions occupy a strategic position in shaping the spiritual character of students. One tradition that has developed at Madrasah Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah is the recitation of Majmu' Syarif, which is regularly practiced by students and teachers. This study aims to examine the role of the Majmu' Syarif recitation tradition as a medium for the internalization of spiritual values at the madrasah. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was employed in this study. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and madrasah administrators. The findings indicate that the regular practice of Majmu' Syarif recitation does not merely serve as a means of spiritual guidance, but also produces observable changes in student behavior. These changes include greater discipline in attending religious activities, active participation in congregational worship, and the growth of mutual respect and solidarity within the school environment. Students also demonstrated an improved understanding of sincerity as a value and developed the habit of prayer in their daily lives. This activity further functions as an effective non-formal learning medium through direct practice and sustained habituation. The tradition of reciting Majmu' Syarif has been shown to make a concrete contribution to the internalization of spiritual values, as reflected in measurable shifts in students' attitudes and behavior within the madrasah environment.
2026-05-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Sri Agustina, Aura Amelia Kanaya, Zaifatur Ridhahttps://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/article/view/1858Pemberdayaan Petani Desa Lambadeuk melalui Sistem Intercropping Cabai–Nilam pada Lahan Marginal2026-05-09T16:48:24+00:00Mujiburrahmad Mujiburrahmadmujiburrahmad@usk.ac.idAgussabti Agussabtiagussabti@usk.ac.idElly Kesumawatiellykesumawati@usk.ac.idElviani Elvianielviani@gmail.com
This community service activity aims to increase the productivity of marginal land and improve farmer capacity through the application of environmentally friendly agricultural technologies in Lambadeuk Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency.
