The process of disease identification is often suboptimal due to the farmers' limited knowledge in recognizing symptoms, which risks delayed treatment and increased fish mortality. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system as an aid for the early identification of diseases in catfish by implementing the Certainty Factor (CF) method. The system is designed to facilitate quicker, systematic, and measurable diagnosis. The advantage of this research lies in the integration of expert knowledge with the CF method, producing diagnoses accompanied by confidence levels to support more objective decision-making. The system development follows the Waterfall model, encompassing needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The knowledge base includes seven types of catfish diseases and their symptoms. System testing was conducted through diagnostic scenarios, comparing the system's results with expert diagnoses. Results indicate that the system can identify diseases and calculate the confidence level of diagnoses. The disease Enteric Septicemia of Catfish (ESC) received the highest CF value of 0.982 (98.2%), while Motile Aeromonad Septicemia (MAS) scored 0.745 (74.5%). This situation results in suboptimal service quality and operational efficiency. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a blueprint for the digital transformation of services at LKP ITEC Mataram. The approach used is a mixed-methods design with a Concurrent Triangulation Strategy. The evaluation of existing governance is measured using the ITSM Maturity Model based on ITIL v4, which is statistically validated using SmartPLS. The mixed methods approach with the Concurrent Triangulation Strategy is chosen to combine qualitative mapping of organizational architecture and quantitative validation of service maturity levels simultaneously. The measurement results indicate a service maturity index (As-Is) of 3.313, leaving a gap of 1.687 towards the target Level 5 (Optimizing). This gap is bridged through system design using the 6x6 Zachman Framework matrix synergized with ITIL v4. The output of the research includes an architectural blueprint and user interface (UI) design for the Learning Management System (LMS). However, information technology service management still encounters challenges in service documentation, incident management, operational procedures, as well as service monitoring and evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the conformity of information technology service management based on ISO/IEC 20000-1 as the evaluation standard, and to develop improvement recommendations based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V4 to address the identified gaps. A mixed methods approach was employed through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. The evaluation was conducted by comparing existing service management practices with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1, followed by gap analysis and maturity level assessment. The results indicate that the organization has not yet fully complied with several ISO/IEC 20000-1 requirements, particularly in the areas of Service Management System documentation, operational control, IT asset management, service performance evaluation, and continual improvement. The average maturity level was 2.5 (between Level 2 – Managed and Level 3 – Defined), indicating that service processes have been implemented but are not yet consistently documented and standardized. PT Bank BPR NTB Perseroda's reliance on this system necessitates IT governance that ensures service availability, system reliability, and information security. Observations and interviews reveal issues such as cloud service network disruptions, power supply interruptions, and potential cybersecurity threats impacting the timeliness of credit processes and customer transactions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance using COBIT 5 and identify the implementation of information security controls based on ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The COBIT 5 domains utilized include EDM01, APO12, DSS01, and MEA03, while the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls encompass A.5.1, A.5.23, and A.5.30. A mixed methods approach was employed through interviews, observations, document studies, and questionnaires involving 32 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Process Assessment Model (PAM) of COBIT 5. The results indicate average capability levels ranging from 3.30 to 3.38, suggesting that governance processes have been implemented but that risk management and operational monitoring require enhancement. This study aims to analyze and predict website user behavior using a Deep Learning approach based on Web Usage Mining. The methodology consists of several stages, including user activity log data collection, data preprocessing, pattern extraction, and predictive model development using Deep Learning algorithms. The dataset used in this study includes historical user interaction data such as clicks, session duration, and page navigation paths. The results indicate that the Deep Learning approach is capable of identifying user behavior patterns more accurately compared to conventional methods, while also providing more adaptive predictions in response to dynamic user behavior changes. Furthermore, the developed model can be effectively applied to support recommendation systems and enhance user experience on websites.
