This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of the Business Simulation Laboratory at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis and to formulate development strategies towards a Smart Campus that supports the work readiness of Digital Business students. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies, involving five groups of informants: students, alumni, industry representatives, the Head of the Department, and the Head of the Study Program. Analysis was conducted using SWOT, IFAS, and EFAS methods. After normalizing the weights so that the total internal and external factors each reach 1.00, the IFAS score was obtained at 2.76 with a strength-weakness difference of +0.84, while the EFAS score was 2.81 with an opportunity-threat difference of +0.94. This position places the laboratory in Quadrant I and supports the formulation of SO strategies. Strategic priorities include the development of industry-based smart laboratories, integration of digital technologies relevant to the industry, simulation of real-world jobs, strengthening partnerships with industry and alumni, and learning that fosters adaptation to technology. These strategies are formulated as educational support to develop competencies relevant to the job market; the increase in work readiness after implementation has not been empirically tested.
