About the Journal
Welcome to the Jurnal Pengabdian Nasional (JPN) Indonesia! It's a triannual refereed journal concerned with the practice and processes of community. It provides a forum for academics, practitioners and community representatives to explore issues and reflect on practices relating to the full range of engaged activity. This journal is a peer-reviewed online journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality research focused on research, implementation. The mission of Jurnal Pengabdian Nasional (JPN) Indonesia is to serve as the premier peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal to advance theory and practice related to all forms of outreach. This includes highlighting innovative endeavours; critically examining emerging issues, trends, challenges, and opportunities; and reporting on studies of impact in the areas of public service, outreach, engagement, extension, engaged research, community-based research, community-based participatory research, action research, public scholarship, service-learning, and community service. JPN-I aims to provide a forum for international researchers on applied Society Development and Engagement to publish the original articles. Its scope involves various aspects, such as: This journal contains research-based community service results such as PAR (Participatory Action Research), ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), CBR (Community-Based Research), Service Learning, Community Development, and other methodologies.
Peer Review Process
Submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the Jurnal Pengabdian Nasional (JPN) Indonesia (JPNI). All paper submissions will undergo a double-blind review process by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.Publication Frequency

This journal provides open access to all of its content with the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. - JPNI was published for the first time in early 2020.
- In December 2022, JPNI has been accredited with SINTA 4 in accordance with the Circular Applicable from Volume 1 Number 1 of 2020 to Volume 5 Number 2 of 2024. Announcement Link: https://arjuna.kemdikbud.go.id/article/482 .
- At the end of 2022, JPNI has been managed by LPPM STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh, which was previously under LPPM AMIK Indonesia.
- In 2023, JPNI publishes articles every 4 months namely; January, May and September.
- In 2024, JPNI will change its domain from https://journal.amikindonesia.ac.id/index.php/jpni/ to https://journal.stmiki.ac.id/index.php/jpni/.
