The use of digital technology in maternal health services can help health workers deliver care more efficiently. Access to Extended e-iANC, which was originally web-based, is less flexible, so a UI/UX design for an Android-based mobile health application is needed that aligns with the needs and workflow of midwives at Independent Midwife Practices (Tempat Praktik Mandiri Bidan, TPMB) in West Jakarta. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Double Diamond Design framework, covering the Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver stages. User needs were gathered through interviews with three midwives, while the usability evaluation used the System Usability Scale (SUS) with eight midwives. The result is an Android-based UI/UX design for the Extended e-iANC mobile health application, covering improvements to the ANC and childbirth flow, SATUSEHAT integration, midwife–patient consultation, and notifications and reminders. The evaluation yielded a SUS score of 81.25, categorized as Acceptable, Grade A, and Adjective Rating Excellent. The score indicates that the design is acceptable to users and offers good usability. The study covers only the design and usability evaluation and does not extend to direct application implementation. The resulting design can serve as a basis for system development and integration in the next stage.
